Minecraft on Nintendo Switch, crashes constantly, and occasionally freezes the Switch

When playing Minecraft on Nintendo Switch, freezes happen constantly, Microsoft Account randomly signs out, the game freezes, and occasionally the crash of the game will completely crash the entire switch, requiring a hard reset of the system to actually do anything. This has happened to multiple people.
