The entire Nintendo Switch freezes up everytime I close Minecraft.

Everytime I close Minecraft my entire Nintendo Switch freezes. The only way I can unfreeze the console is doing a hard reset by holding down the power button until the screen goes black, and then I turn the console back on. Doing that constantly is probably really not healthy for my Nintendo Switch, so please fix this as soon as possible.
