Recent Glitches On XBOX ONE

it says i have no skins, texture packs etc. and i had an iron golem and the game kept crashing and then the iron golem glitched out of the game i guess and he despawned but i looked around in a creative version and he was nowhere i even used /kill iron_golem and no matches were found. my game keeps glitching alot and my servers arent available.
