Wolfs turn black or bounce while walking on soul sand

Steps to duplicate
-place soul sand blocks on the ground at least 5x5
-spawn wolfs
Wolfs tamed and untamed will either show up black while standing on soul sand or will bounce while walking over it.

This has been tested in both MCPE build 3 and MC Windows 10 Edition
