problem connexion microsoft account

hello,

i have a problem with my microsoft account. with ant only verion 1.16.20.

i load minecraft, so far no problem. then impossible to log my microsoft account (GT : UniqueMovie9957).

I have a message asking me to connect via the following email address :

Why reuse this addresssince i alreldy have a microsoft account ??

I play a physical media, my minecraft was not bought (and not doawnloaded) on the store.
