HELP

On the PlayStation 4 whenever a friend of mine wants to join my world he is never able to join and always stays on the loading screen even though I can see he is in the world like on a map but he himself is still in the loading screen. Whenever I try to join someones world everything works just fine and I'm able to play with them. Can someone help me fix this?
