My friends aren’t able to join my worlds

My friends can’t join my worlds they can join each others and I can join there’s but when trying to join me the loading screen stops at a moment about loading resources and when they leave it said they left the game so when there joining they spawn in and are on the tab list but they are still on the loading screen. I have looked through setting but I couldn’t find anything so or I’m just dumb or something is wrong it started somewhere in the update 1.14 and I still have it
