My cross-platform friends list is gone and I can't add anyone

My cross-platform friends list was gone and now I can't add anyone. My actual friends list is still there, but Minecraft says that I don't have any people on my friends list. I hope this issue is resolved and I thank you for your cooperation throughout the community.
