cows and sheep can jump fences

As soon as the new update went through, I noticed my colored sheep out of their fence. When I went to lure them back in, my cows started jumping their fence to follow me with the wheat. Conclusion: the farm animals are registering fences as normal single-high blocks. Please fix this quickly
