Bug with the newest update with sign up

So I was trying  to play minecraft but then the update came out 1.16.20 and it kiked  me out of my Microsoft account but I resently changed phone and forgot my email the one we're my account is on . I'm trying  to  make a new account  but my game keeps  on crashing  plz help
