"Couldn't connect to the world "

My girlfriend and I bought Minecraft on android recently, but whenever we try to play together linked by the Microsoft account this message appears "it was not possible to connect to the world .  We've tried everything, but it didn't work. Many people I know are also suffering from the same problem. I humbly ask you to resolve this problem.
