World lost after update

Me and my girlfriend were playing minecraft when suddenly it crashed. It started updating mid game, when we came back, my character were asleep and almost all the menus in minecraft appeared at the same time, and then the game crashes. I tried even making a copy of the world but it still have the same bug.
