using commands in survival mode

in a survival mode world with cheats disabled you can still use cheats by not putting a space between the command and @s (it only works with @s) but if you do for example /effect@s speed 10 10 then you would get speed 10 for 10 seconds, you can also use the /execute command to go in creative by doing /execute@s ~ ~ ~ gamemode creative @s and that sets you in creative, in order to do it though you need operator, it works on every platform i have tried so far (xbox, Nintendo switch, pc) its very game breaking (i linked a video of it) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hFohR8E0MAq8Vh8gNOPJ3auIfjlhdIzy/view?usp=sharing
