The wither teleports exactly 2 blocks east every time the player exits the world.

The wither teleports, exactly 2 blocks east of it's last loaded position, every time the player exits the world. This makes farming with the wither unbearable, it increases the possibility of the wither killing itself by suffocating in an unbreakable block, and I don't believe this is supposed to be normal behavior for the wither; but correct me if I'm wrong.
