Commands with (@a, @s, @p) work without cheats

Any commands with @a, @s, @p and any others work without cheats
How to recreate
Step 1: Go into survival world (no cheats)
Step 2: Go into chat and type any command with specified targets without the space in between the command and the target (i.e /give@s instead of /give @s)
Step 3: You should see that the command works even though cheats are off
