No Diamonds or Incredibly Rare

I have tested this in two worlds, a new one made in the current version of Beta, and one that is a bit older, both are currently in 1.16.100.50. in both these worlds I haven't been able to find many diamonds at all...it seems the current patch has some sort of diamond spawning bug.
