Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta not downloading. 0x803f7003

Hi,
I can't download the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta from the Windows 10 Store. I was able to redeem the game but when i start the download it cancels the download when it's trying to acquire the license and gives me the error code 0x803f7003 .
I couldnt find the correct version so I stated it as 1.9.
