Everything in the game is slower

Everything in the game takes a long time to move, you can no longer travel on letters, It takes 5 seconds when I spawn an entity to when it actually appears, it now takes 10 minutes to ride a minecart on 150 block powers rail to climb up instead of 15 seconds
