Minecraft Bedrock PS4. Friends cannot join my world, I can join theirs

My friends cannot join my Minecraft world, their screens show “Locating Server” and it stays there for hours on end with no change. I can join their worlds though with no issues. It gets annoying when my friends cannot join my world
