Stuck on bed when loading in

When I logged out of my world (Sarah’s crazy land) and saved it when I went back to log on it it's stuck on the bed with the screen saying leave bed then the game goes to blue screen, this is the second time it's happened after spending hours and loads of time producing the world. How can this be fixed so I don't keep loosing worlds
