Eggs are black and furniture has also turned to black eggs and nothing is working

Just tried to play Pets Collection, but all the pets And furniture are gone and have been replaced with black eggs and I can’t spawn any pets or do anything. Just tried to look outside and there’s no people or animals outside either. And I can’t collect anything from shops.
