Being able to use cheats in a world without cheats enabled.

On all of the bedrock platforms, you are able to use cheats without enabling cheats. If you don't put a space between the target and command in your command, the command somehow works even if cheats are disabled in your world. For example, you can use /give@s netherite_block 64 and you will get netherite blocks or /execute@s~ ~ ~ gamemode creative and you will be put into creative mode even with cheats off and you will still be able to get xbox live achievements. This is very game breaking so I hope you fix this soon.
