RAID CRASHES GAME

I summoned a raid by entering a village with the bad omen effect. Everytime I try to attack a mob from the raid (pillager /vindicator), the game freezes and then crashes... When I reopen minecraft, either the raid resumes or the raid bar and villagers just freeze..
