Cellular Data Issues

For some reason, even while using 3G cellular data, I'm facing problems like the server's tab just says 'coming soon', and emotes tab in Profile is completely blank and the Cape tab is gone. This wasn't an issue a few weeks ago, but it has started recently.

I have turned the toggle 'Use Cellula Data' On in Settings but despite this, I'm still facing this issue.
