Invisibility completely broken on bedrock

I’m on a creative test world and I went in survival and drank invisibility potion, didn’t work, elder guardians still attacked me, I had no armor or elytra on, I had nothing in hand, did nothing to hurt them but still got attacked anyway, I even tried drinking it while he was in unloaded chunks, nope, still attacked me, please fix as I am trying to capture one as an interesting pet in survival world and can’t if constantly getting shot by him and other mobs etc
