Commands are able to be used with no cheats

Steps to reproduce:

1. type the command, but instead of putting your gamertag or @p (ie), put @s next to the command word with no space, for example /execute@s ~ ~ ~ .........
2. the command will work despite being in survival with no cheats
3. and it will complete the command

 

Set it to private as it's technically an exploit within the game, hopefully someone has reported this already, this needs to be fixed in 1.16.20, as it's all over the internet and people are starting to find out.
