Even after Hotfix it is stuck on mojang studios loading screen

Even after the new hotfix because of this problem it still will not open and is stuck on the red loading screen.I have tried reinstalling and the button combo(L1 R1 L2 R2 Options Touch Pad) after closing and reopening application.Will be attaching photo
