Mobs sumindo mesmo estando renomeados

My 5 horses disappeared even though they were tamed and one of them was renamed and with diamond armor. This bug is also happening to villagers. I hope you fix this bug, because unfortunately you can't play that way. I'm really disappointed with version 1.16. thank you in advance if you can give me attention.
