Takes a long time to login, and once does has a red screen and unable to do anything

When we start the application on any 1 of three accounts, we have the same issue

We are faced with a red screen and unable to perform any action including restarting the console

we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no joy, on all accounts

 we don't have any issues with any other game, on any other account
