Game crashing for console players

I am playing on PC Bedrock edition on my realm with friends. My friend who is playing using the original xbox one has been crashing lately. I noticed this happened when someone is standing on a shulker box and then the box is opened when someone is on top and it causes his game to crash. We tested this 3 times and every time his game crashed and he had to dashboard and quit his game.
