Items disappear / is duplicated when transferring them.

If you move items from a chest/enderchest/shulker box to your inventory and quit the game without saving or the game crashes, there is a chance where the item(s) you transfered appear both in your inventory and the chest or in neither (and basically get deleted).

The only items I have had issues with so far are non-stackable (tools, shulker boxes, etc)
