MCPE freezes on a black screen

When I download the MCPE normally, and open the game, the game freezes in a black screen until I close it manually. I searched the internet about this bug, and found that if I change the language of the game to "en_US" in the file "options.txt" located on the SD card, the game will work. This bug only occurs in the version for Android 2.3. I need you to fix this bug so I can play the game in my native language.
