Frame rate drop of xbox one x

I have been playing minecraft for 3 days in a row and I get frame rate drops and it normally drops to 30fps but today it has gotten worse and is dropping the 14fps and sometimes freezes for a few seconds. Normally my xbox one x is near or always on 60fps.
