Water does not generate properly in Caves

In this bug report I want to mention a bug that has been in the game since the Aquatic Update in Bedrock Edition.

How to reproduce:

So basically what happens in a cave that water source blocks can occur multiple times in a cave. You just have to find a cave and then some water deeper in the cave and you'll know what I mean.
