Missing item textures in Chat box

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open a world,and switch to creative mode

2.Click the chat box button

3.Enter text /give @s

 

 

Observed Results:

All items and block textures are displayed as stone

 

Expected Results:

Items and blocks show their own texture
