I'm having problems with Minecraft for Windows 10 Multiplayer

I’m trying to enter in the world of my friends but this message shows for me: “it was not possible to connect to the world” (The print is attached). They are trying to enter to my world and the same messages appears for them. And I don’t know why and how, but they can play with each other’s.

I already had called Microsoft Support and Xbox Support anytime. And they call me that the Mojand Support is the only onde that can help me. So, I’m here.

I really need help and I hope you can do this for me. My network is ok, so, I don’t know what thing can be the problem.
