Villagers Despawn even when named with a name tag.

I have very good villagers and they keep despawning no matter what I do like name them, change the village it self, and etc. Also villagers are not supposed to despawn, it even says it on the wiki. Please tell me this is a bug or new change and tell me how to prevent it if it's a new change.
