/give Shows all items as stone

Well /give works normally, it's fine, gives player the specific item they wanted but their texture when typing /give @s it's all stone but in my inventory the items are normal im not using any texture pack but here's a demonstration:

"/give @s diamond_sword" problem is the texture of the diamond sword is stone as seen on the screenshots im not using any texture pack i was seeing this please fix this
