Xbox One - cannot find realms after suspending system

Minecraft loses its ability to connect to Realms when the user sleeps their Xbox One.

If the Minecraft app is running on the Xbox when the user manually puts it to sleep, e.g., at the end of the day, upon resume a "cannot connect to Realms" message appears instead of the user's joined Realms. Forcefully quitting and restarting Minecraft resolves the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Xbox One (model or system build doesn't appear to matter) configured for Instant-On.
2. Play Minecraft on a Realm.
3. Exit to the main menu so that you see the "Friends" tab. Note that your Realm appears under "Joinable Realms."
4. Push and hold the Xbox button on the remote.
5. Select "Turn Off Console."
6. Wait for a short while, letting the console sleep.
7. Turn on the console.
8. Load the Minecraft app if necessary, and navigate to the Friends tab.

Expected Result

Your Realms should appear.

Actual Result

An error message indicates that you cannot access Realms right now. The message persists until you manually quit Minecraft by:

1. Tap the Xbox button
2. Select the Minecraft icon
3. Tap the Menu button
4. Select Quit

You can then relaunch Minecraft and your Realms appear as expected.

The workaround is to manually quit Minecraft using this method after every play session.
