Unable to make 10 player realm

I was trying to create a realm and the purchase went through but I was unable to make the realm. I have tried updating the operating system to ISO 13.6 but the problem is still there(I put ISO 13.5.1 since it did start there). it first says that the "Incomplete realms" but pressing ok take me to the "Something went wrong" screen

since the purchase went through, would I still have to pay 30 days later at august 31 despite the fact I haven't been able to use any of realm plus feature
