World stops loading when moving around. 1.16

When i move around in a world, at a certain distance the world stops loading.
There is nothing, there comes nothing.......

Also, when connecting to a server on a remote computer, i connect to the server, i can play the world.
When i quit, and try to get on the server again, nothing happens. It keeps waiting for the server.
Then i have to restart the server.....
