Map Position indicator

The blip that indicates where you are on the map doesn't work unless you are in the map area that you spawned in. The 4/4 map that I have shows where I am until I've moved to the out of bounds portion of it, then it doesn't show my blip on the second map I made for the next area. It also make the blip show up in the center of the map with wrong z-axis location, but the same x-axis location.
