Noticeable performance drop on Character Creators tab menu selections

When you go to change your emotes/skin parts/capes in the character creators, the FPS drops by half.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the character creators.
2. Go to the character creators/emotes/capes tab.
3. Select an emote/skin parts.
4. Look at the FPS counter on the beta text in the top part of the screen while the animation is playing.

Expected Results:
It should have little to no FPS drop.

Observed Results:
The FPS drops by half, slowing the game down.
