I can't get invisible item frames in the PS4 edition, but the official website says that I should be able to get it since the most recent update. Has it not been implemented to this edition yet?

So, I found out on YouTube that invisible item frames are a thing now, so I attempted to acquire one in my Play Station 4 edition game. But the entity/block/item was not recognized by the command list. I have attempted the command on multiple occasions, trying to get every little detail to perfection. It didn't work. Help?
