Disappearing piglin!

I built a house and then randomly spawned a Piglin inside. The piglin started shuddering, walked out the door and disappeared! Sadly though, I can't add a screenshot because I tried it again and it didn't work. I have included some of my house. Could it be to do with the fact that the door is a new warped door? Or that I'm in minecraft:overworld?

Edit: could be during the mob event that makes it transform into a zombie piglin.

To reproduce:

1: Make a small house

2: Add a warped door

3: Summon a piglin inside

Observed results:

The piglin walks out the door and disappears.

Expected results:

Either:

1: The piglin does nothing or

2: The piglin walks out the door.
