A bug that makes water and glass block glitch

Ok so whenever I create a new world and go to the ocean, the water starts to glitch. Same thing on any glass blocks (not glass panes). Whenever I start placing any colorful glass block, it starts to glitch for no reason.

How to reproduce it:

1. Start creating a survival world
2. Go to a water lake or an ocean
3. look closely at the water, and you will see it glitches.
4. Do the same thing on any glass block.

 

It doesn’t affect the gameplay however, it’s really annoying. Here is a short video proof that it glitches (just look closely to the glass block). Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next version.
