The wolf mask is not granted after completing the leader of the pack achievement

I was playing Minecraft on the ps4 when I completed the leader of the pack achievement on a friends Minecraft world. When I went to look to see if I got the wolf mask it said it was locked like I did not complete the achievement even though I did complete the achievement. I tried restarting Minecraft and waiting, but I still don't have the mask.
