Cave sound problems

The cave sound tends to play if the player in a flat world teleports to up 150 blocks(or maybe lower). I teleported from 1000 blocks away to 0 150 0 and it still played the cave sound even though there was no cave. Its a flat world so I got so confused i thought my world was cursed or my friends were playing a prank on me
