Harvesting seeds

What I expected to happen was...:
That it doesn't go through farmland blocks..

What actually happened was...:
Sometimes when harvesting seeds with a hoe (stone i know) the seeds still go through the block it was harvested from (happened twice).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just use a stone hoe on grass
