Despawning Entities

Entities such as Animals, despawn when they aren't supposed to despawn, animals such as donkeys, pandas, foxes, cows, sheep, pigs, rabbits, chickens, horses, skeleton horses, mules, parrots, cats, wolves, ect. weather they are domestic animals or not, they despawn in cases where they should not despawn.
